Redemption Instructions

The first daily departure is from Termini Station – Piazza dei Cinquecento (corner of Via Cavour). Travelers may board the GREEN LINE TOUR Bus from this starting point or from any official stop along the route. Official hop-on hop-off stops include Termini Station (Piazza dei Cinquecento), Santa Maria Maggiore (Piazza Esquilino 12), Colosseum (Via San Gregorio, in front of the Palatine Hill entrance), Circus Maximus (Belvedere Romolo e Remo), Piazza Venezia (Via del Teatro di Marcello, in front of numbers 32–34), St. Peter’s area (Lungotevere Tor di Nona 7), Villa Borghese (Via Ludovisi 49), and Piazza Barberini (Via Barberini 14). Refunds will not be issued if the activity is missed due to late arrival, non-arrival, or partial use of the service. Subject to availability, one change of date or time may be requested if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled travel date. Service hours and frequency vary daily. Buses generally operate every 15–25 minutes in the morning and every 30–45 minutes in the afternoon, depending on traffic and operational conditions. Please note: this is a sightseeing tourist bus service. During the summer season, high temperatures and heavy traffic, particularly in the afternoon and evening, may result in longer waiting times at stops or minor delays. Travelers are strongly advised to bring a hat and drinking water for comfort. Delays caused by traffic, city regulations, or local conditions are beyond the operator’s control.
