Meeting and Pickup
The meeting point is at the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway (Lower Cableway Station). It is easy to find—simply follow signs to Table Mountain Cableway or ask for directions to the main entrance. The station is located on Tafelberg Road and is well signposted.

Ticket will be sent to you via Viator email, iMessage and WhatsApp 24 hours prior to your travel time.
Pickup Information
If international travellers cannot find their hotel, guesthouse, B&B, or residence listed, kindly email us your pickup address so we can arrange your transfer accordingly. Please wait in your hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Our guide/driver will pick you up and transfer you to the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island, where your Robben Island experience will begin with ferry check-in and departure. After returning from Robben Island, your guide/driver will continue the journey and head to the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, where you will enjoy a guided visit to Table Mountain. Please note that this information applies to return transfers to and from your accommodation only.
