Redemption Instructions

Dear Customer, thank you for choosing this private tour! This Booking Confirmation Voucher is all you need. No further confirmation is required, but do not hesitate to contact us. The tour does not always start with the Colosseum. The itinerary is subject to ticket availability, site variations in opening hours, and other factors. The tour lasts 5 hours, including lunchtime. The staff will accompany you to a selected restaurant near the Colosseum, where the tour will conclude. **If you do not receive further messages, the default time is confirmed! 8:15** Nevertheless, we can customize the itinerary and your pick-up time! Kindly share a mobile phone (if possible with a WhatsApp connection) and check your e-mail a few days before the tour. Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel and inform the concierge you are waiting for the driver. For a B&B or apartment, kindly stay in the street in front of the civic number. - Cars will be at your disposal for 4 hours, not while you are at the restaurant. You can leave all your belongings inside, avoiding valuables. Drop off is not included, so, remember to take all your belongings at the end of the tour. - Big bags or backpacks and big umbrellas are not allowed; small backpacks and foldable umbrellas are allowed - Cover shoulders (a scarf is OK) and knees inside any Church - The Pantheon is a church that can be visited from the outside. If lines are reasonable, you can get entrance tickets at the entrance for €5.00 for each visitor. - Guides cannot skip metal detector checks. We can easily customize your tour, so do not hesitate to let us have your requirements as soon as possible.

Pickup Information

WE PICK UP FROM ALL CENTRALLY LOCATED HOTELS, B&B, APARTMENTS, RAIL STATIONS, AIRPORTS AND THE PORT! Ask for customization in case of Port or airports. Kindly enter the pick-up location YOUR ACCOMMODATION IS NOT BOOKED YET: no worries, you will book it later and amend the reservation. YOUR HOTEL/APARTMENT/B&B IS **NOT IN CENTRAL ROME** ( a radius of about 7 km from the Pantheon ). If it is more distant, let us know its location; we will communicate the supplement for the extra distance. Pick-up from Civitavecchia or Fiumicino also requires an extra charge. Please add a mobile phone to your booking (if possible, with a WhatsApp connection) and use your primary email address to make sure you receive your confirmation. **If you do not receive further messages, default pick-up time is confirmed (8:15 from central Rome)**
