The entrance is clearly marked and conveniently located near the Red Clock Tower, a prominent landmark situated at the Waterfront.

Pickup Information
If international travellers cannot find their hotel, guesthouse, B&B, or residence listed, kindly email us your pickup address so we can arrange your transfer accordingly. Please wait in your hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Our guide/driver will collect you and transfer you to the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island. Kindly note that the guide/driver will not board the ferry to Robben Island. If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking medication before boarding. Please also bring a light jacket, wear comfortable walking shoes, and carry snacks if needed. Ensure you have a copy of your passport or ID available on your phone for check-in. Please note that this information applies to return transfers to and from your accommodation only.
