Pickup Information

If international travelers cannot find their hotel, guest house, B&B, or place of residence listed, you may manually enter your accommodation details in the pickup address tab. Please note that this pickup option is only reserved for international travelers. If you book under the South African citizens rate, the transfer is not included or applied. Our pickup radius is within 10 km (6 miles) of the Cape Town CBD. All hotels and places of residence located in the City Centre, Sea Point, and Camps Bay qualify for return transport. Additional charges may apply if your accommodation falls outside this radius. Kindly wait in the hotel lobby for our tour guide to collect you at the scheduled pickup time. Please note that our tour guide/driver will not board the Robben Island ferry; they will transfer you to the Nelson Mandela Gateway. If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking seasickness medication before boarding. Please also pack a jacket, wear comfortable walking shoes, and carry food if needed. Please have a copy of your passport or ID available on your phone. Kindly note that this information applies to return transfers to and from the hotel only.
