Before your tour, please take a moment to carefully read the information below. ***CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS*** 1. CHECK IN & PICK UP CHECK IN 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE TOUR STARTING TIME. OUR TOURS ARE OPERATED IN LOCAL TIME (COZUMEL TIME). CHECK WITH YOUR CRUISE SHIP ANY TIME DIFFERENCE. COZUMEL HAS THREE CRUISE PORTS. VERIFY YOUR PORT OF ARRIVAL ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR AND PROCEED ACCORDINGLY. International Cruise Terminal (SSA-Mexico): Exit the cruise terminal and walk across the street to the Royal Village Shopping Center. Our Staff will be waiting outside of the Hard Rock Cafe and will be wearing a Top Cozumel Tours shirt. Puerta Maya Pier: Exit the cruise terminal and walk approximately 100 yards toward downtown. Across the street, you will find a Pemex Gas station, which has a 7-Eleven right next door. Our Staff will be waiting outside of the 7-Eleven and will be wearing a Top Cozumel Tours shirt. Punta Langosta Cruise Terminal: Exit the cruise terminal and walk over the bridge to the Punta Langosta Shopping Mall. Our Staff will be waiting outside of the Starbucks, which has a lighthouse right next door, and will be wearing a Top Cozumel Tours shirt. ***HOTELS & PLAYA DEL CARMEN PASSENGERS*** Select any of the above pick up locations and include the name in your reservation.
