Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
If you have your own transportation or rental car you will meet us at our office location, 26267 Conifer Rd, Conifer, 80433. Transportation must be purchased directly with Denver Adventures and booked 48 hours in advance.
Redemption Instructions
• Maximum weight limit is 245lbs** (strictly enforced; everyone is weighed in on a mechanically calibrated scale(doctor's scale) BEFORE the adventure. Customers exceeding this weight limit WILL NOT be refunded. • Minimum weight is at least 40lbs** (strictly enforced; everyone is weighed in on a mechanically calibrated scale(doctor's scale) BEFORE the adventure. Customers that do not meet this weight limit WILL NOT be refunded. • Transportation can be arranged directly through the tour operator prior to your departure for an extra fee. You must call the operator and arrange it directly. • Operate rain, snow or shine. • Tour reconfirmation is required. • Please note you MUST call Denver Adventures 24 hours before tour departure at +1 (303) 984- 6151 to verify tour conditions and expectations. • Failure to reconfirm may result in cancellation of your tour without refund
