Discover how to create Jiro Style Ramen from scratch! In this class, we’ll make the noodles from flour, prepare the rich garlic-infused soup, and cook the chashu pork. You'll be able to replicate the entire dish at home. Jiro Style Ramen is immensely popular in Japan. The noodles are thick, the soup is rich with garlic, and it’s topped with generous slices of chashu pork and some an abundance of vegetables.
