For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

You must present your printed or digital ticket 1 day before the tour required from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. or call by phone.

Pickup Information

You must be punctual at the scheduled times for each tour. We receive our travelers at the hotels in the downtown area of the city of San Cristóbal de las Casas. After the scheduled time there is a waiting window of 20 to 25 minutes as we pass through different hotels.
