Pickup Information
National Park Ticket : Must be purchased in advance online. Each traveler must carry their ticket (digital or printed) and the same document used in the purchase. Meeting point : Reception or main entrance of your accommodation in Hanga Roa. If you are outside the urban area, we will coordinate a nearby meeting point. Punctuality: Be ready 10 minutes early. Waiting time is maximum 5 minutes per passenger from the confirmed time. Pre-confirmation: The day before we will contact you by WhatsApp to confirm exact times and pick-up point. Secure an operational number. Variations : The order of visits and times may vary by climate/operation. Recommendations: Closed shoes, sunscreen, hat, additional water and identity card.
