Redemption Instructions

• Gold Coast Airport Arrival Information: International and domestic arrivals, collect your luggage from the luggage carousel and proceed toward the glass sliding exit doors at the northern end of the terminal. Please wait inside the terminal under the Transit Centre sign, located next to the International arrivals. Your shuttle services are on the hour every hour, so please ensure you are waiting and make contact with your Driver. If you require assistance the Gold Coast Tourism Visitor Information Centre is located opposite the car rental booths. It is requested that all mobile phones be switched on after arrival. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • Excludes entrance to the theme parks This operator requires you to contact them directly prior to this tour/activity.
