*Important Info:* • Entry Ticket(s) will be delivered via email used during the booking process (and/or Whatsapp), within 24 hours prior to the activity. *Audioguide Info:* •You must download the PopGuide app (Vox S.p.a) on your smartphone at least a day before the activity •Enter provided code from the email that would be sent 24 hours prior to the activity. •or Insert the code: •Username: YCX-000280 •Password: 11802 • Recommended that phone is fully charged & has internet access • You must bring your own headsets for a better experience *Meeting Point Info:* • Meeting Point: Piazza della Rotonda, 00186 Rome, Italy • The meeting point indicated is the address of the Pantheon. • Please arrive at the attraction earlier to avoid any issues with entry. • Please note that this reservation does NOT include a person to meet and escort you at the entrance. •Queue directly at the second entrance (subject to change), reserved for ticket holders, and show your emailed ticket and valid ID. •All guests are required to queue for security checks to access the attraction, which may take up to 2 hours during peak season. •The entry ticket is only valid for the selected entrance time. •Late arrivals or no-shows will not be accommodated and not be refunded. • If there would be any issues or concerns, please call our hotline number (+39) 0699313360. *Know before you go:* • Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry.
