Redemption Instructions

Please, be at the starting point 15’ minutes before start of the tour. The meeting/starting point of this tour is not at the Royal Palace entrance. Meet and check in with your guide outside the 'Opera' metro station. You must show the guide the voucher on the day of the visit to take the tour. If you have selected the tapas tasting option, depending on the day of the week of your reservation, you will need to go to one of these restaurants: CASA CIRIACO (Mayor Street, number 84) * Monday to Wednesday * You can enjoy the tasting at the following times 12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. LA CASA DEL ABUELO (Toledo Street, number 11) * Monday to Friday * You can enjoy the tasting at these times 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m. The guide will not accompany you. You can only go to the restaurant at the specific time.
