Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Pick up instructions: From Airport: The driver will wait for you in the baggage claim area, next to the carousel where your luggage will arrive. They will be holding a sign with your name on it. We recommend that you contact your destination operator via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your transfer to efficiently coordinate the meeting with the driver. To Airport: "The driver will look for you in the hotel lobby or at the agreed pick-up location. Please make sure to be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled time."
