Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Pickup Information

Pick up instructions: From Airport: "The driver will text you on Whatsapp/normal text where to meet. Please reply the driver as soon as you land" To Airport: "The driver will pick you up in the hotel lobby or at your designated pick-up location. Please ensure you are available 15 minutes before the scheduled time."
