Pick up instructions: From Airport: "After clearing immigration and customs, proceed to pick up your luggage and head for the exit. Upon exiting the customs and immigration area, you will have the option to take your checked baggage with you or have it transferred to the main terminal for pick-up. Please note that you should NOT transfer your luggage to another terminal, proceed to pick up your luggage at the terminal where your flight lands, as your driver will be waiting for you there. Note: Do not leave the building without first contacting the driver. Terminal A: Pick up your luggage on level 2 where your assigned driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Terminal B: Pick up your luggage on level 2 where your assigned driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Terminal C: Pick up your luggage on level 6, go through the gate, go straight ahead and look for the "Meet & Greet" area where the driver will be waiting for you" To Airport: "Your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance."
