Redemption Instructions

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Pickup Information

From Airport: The driver or representative will contact you to coordinate the meeting point details. Meeting Point – Terminal 2 (São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport – GRU): After exiting the Arrivals area, walk straight ahead to the escalators. Take the escalator on your left. Once upstairs, continue walking until you reach Letter E. Turn left, go through the automatic doors, and you will find the Meeting Point – Letter E. Meeting Point – Terminal 3 (São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport – GRU): Our meeting point is at the yellow "99" totem. After exiting the Arrivals area, go through the automatic doors and head toward the sidewalk. Turn left and walk to the pedestrian crossing. Cross the street, and you will find the yellow "99" totem on your right, on the center sidewalk. If you do not find our representative upon arrival, they will return to the meeting point every 10 minutes until you are able to meet. If prior contact was not possible, we recommend connecting to the airport Wi-Fi as soon as you land so you can get in touch with your driver and ensure a successful transfer. To Airport: Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.
