• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Pick up instructions: From Airport: "If your flight is international and arrives at Terminal 2, the meeting point will be at Hall P, near Carl’s Jr. If your flight is domestic and arrives at Terminal 2, the meeting point will be at Hall Q, next to the Volvo exhibition. If your flight is Central American or international and arrives at Terminal 1, the meeting point will be at Gate 8, near Starbucks. If your flight is domestic and arrives at Terminal 1, the meeting point will be at Hall A1, near the information desk. For a smooth experience, we recommend connecting to the airport’s free Wi-Fi immediately after landing to facilitate communication with your assigned driver.
