No personal equipment is allowed i.e. harnesses, carabiners etc.

Altitude - minimum height, approximately 140 cm.

Altitude - 30 kg minimum weight, 120 kg maximum weight.

Altitude - Children aged 8-12 years must be actively supervised by a responsible person 16 years and older.

Altitude - youths aged 13-15 years can participate without adult supervision, but a guardian must complete the disclaimer on their behalf.

Altitude - long hair and loose items must be secured.

Altitude - closed toe footwear only.

Altitude - Adventure activities involve an element of personal responsibility and risk.

Altitude - includes suspended walkways, bridges, ziplines, and belays operating at heights of up to 30 metres.

Altitude - risks may include uneven terrain, moving bridges and platforms, slips, trips, falls from height, vertigo, suspension trauma, equipment failure, injury, or in rare cases, serious harm or death.

Altitude - natural hazards such as high winds, lightning, earthquakes, landslides, and volcanic events are also possible.

While Redwoods Altitude operates under a comprehensive safety management plan and takes all practical steps to provide the safest possible experience, risk cannot be completely eliminated and personal safety cannot be absolutely guaranteed.

No smoking, eating or drinking.

If a participant shows signs of intoxication, they will not be allowed on the tour.

All participants must be able to understand and follow instructions.

All participants to wear appropriate clothing for weather i.e. rain jacket for wet days, warm jacket for cold days.

Altitude - participants must be between 30 kg and 120 kg.

Must be in good health, without high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, dizziness or other conditions that may be aggravated by the adventure.
