Redemption Instructions

• Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women • The use of sunscreen and photo or video cameras (while in the water) is not allowed to prevent any damages and deterioration of the reef. Instead, we recommend you to wear a sun protection swim shirt. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

Departs from centrally located Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, a central meeting point will be advised upon reconfirmation. If your hotel is not listed please leave us a note with your hotels name, to establish pickup time.
