For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

Bringing a valid ID or passport is mandatory for each participant. You will receive the Tickets after the booking, through Viator messages/email/WhatsApp by the local provider, on the phone number provided in the booking, within 24 hours from the entrance time. Please be sure to have "WhatsApp" installed on your phone and to check the attachment in the email or in the Viator chat, and be sure to save them on your mobile or to have a stable internet connection before the entry time. For last-minute and late-night bookings, please be aware that the automatic system will send the tickets as soon as possible before the entrance time. Since the Pantheon is a Holy Place, knees and shoulders must be covered at all times inside the venue for men, women, children and elderly people
