Redemption Instructions
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • Note: For cruise ship passengers, it is recommended you purchase the "Amazing Secret River" option on board your ship. This tour option includes round-trip transportation from International Pier, staff waiting for you at both piers in Cozumel and Playa del Carmen, round-trip van transportation from the Playa del Carmen pier to Rio Secreto. We have arranged this specific logistical operation to ensure that you are able to enjoy the ride, so please consult with your cruise ship's activity menu and choose the "Amazing Secret River" option

If you do not find your hotel in the list, please provide us with the name or address of your accommodation. We will assign the nearest pickup location based on your stay. Please note that pickups in Cancún and Playa del Carmen start at least **1 hour and 30 minutes** before the tour time.
