Redemption Instructions
• Please ensure to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. • Please inform us in advance of the tour of any special dietary requirements. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated! • Please note that infants do not have a reserved seat on the bus. • Luggage and large bags are not allowed on our tours. • We are not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged. Guests should ensure they keep track of their items throughout the entire duration of the tour. Please note that any additional shipping costs related to retrieved items will not be covered by us. • This tour involves a fair amount of walking: comfortable shoes are recommended, a bottle of water and a hat are recommended especially in summer months Disclaimer: • Please be advised that in the case of events beyond our control, we may need to adjust our itinerary to ensure the safety, quality, and satisfaction of your travel experience. • While our day trips are typically of a fixed duration, external factors may occasionally extend tour times slightly.
