We will meet you there and will have a sign with your name on it. If you are arriving on an international arrival please exit customs to the curb. We will meet you at the curb and will have a sign with your name on it. Do not cross any streets without our staff. We will find you. Our staff wears green and white Hawaiian Style Shirts. If you want you can call us when you arrive. It is not necessary. We pick up 3 hours before departure flight time. Please call us 24 hours before your departure date to confirm pickup times from your Hotel/Resort or Private Residence. Wheelchair collapsible accessible, please advise at time of booking.

Pickup Information

Please select the tour grade that corresponds to the location of your hotel. Your reservation will be cancelled if the selected tour grade does not match your hotel's location. Service from the airport: Please call our office and we will guide you to your shuttle.
