Redemption Instructions

Dear Customer, This Booking Confirmation Voucher is all you need. No further confirmation is required. Kindly share a mobile phone (if possible with a WhatsApp connection) and check your e-mail a few days before the tour. Pick-up time might vary depending on your location. Pick-up time is also customizable according to your needs. We aim to plan your day best, optimizing your precious time! **If you do not receive further messages, the default time pick up is confirmed at 6:00!** Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel and inform the concierge that you are waiting for the driver. In the case of B&B or apartment, kindly stay in the street in front of the civic number. Your private driver will bring you to Naples Port, where you will embark on the hydrofoil to Capri with your private guide. The local guide will effectively plan your trip, starting with either the boat trip or island exploration, based on various factors. At the end of the tour, the guide will accompany you to the hydrofoil to go back to Naples port, where the driver will be waiting to bring you back to Rome. Suggestion: If breakfast is included in your room, ask the concierge to provide an early breakfast alternative. We are at your disposal for any information or customization.

Pickup Information
