Redemption Instructions

Please call 24 hours before the tour's day to reconfirm pick up service (from centrally located hotels). Hotel pick-ups start approximately 30-60 minutes prior to departure time. If you booked the option with meeting point please reach Via Marsala 46 in front of Bar Trombetta no later than 15 minutes before tour departure. Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti, Boboli Gardens, or Vasari Corridor. Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction

Pickup Information

Hotel Pickup Details: Be ready 45 minutes before departure in the hotel lobby (60 minutes for non-central hotels). For info regarding service feasibility/coverage verification, ask the reception or contact our booking office. If your hotel is not covered, please reach the meeting point on your own. Self-Arrival Option: If your accommodation isn't within our pickup service area, please come directly to the tour's starting point. Meeting point at 7.30AM in Via Marsala 46/48, opposite Caffé Trombetta. Late arrivals won't be accomodate. Spot our team wearing the 'I love Rome' logo in pink. Nearest metro: A-Line, Termini stop.
