Pickup Information

Arrival Transfer • We will monitor your flight’s progress and make adjustments to the pickup time if necessary. • We will contact you via WhatsApp/SMS to inform you of the name and contact of the driver, so that he can explain the meeting place and answer any questions you may have. • Your private driver will be waiting for you at the airport. After you have passed through immigration, retrieved your luggage and are ready to be picked up, you will need to call or text our Driver and you will be directed where to go to meet your driver. • Please note that the driver allows a waiting time of up to 90 minutes after the plane arrived at the gate; after that, you may be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards and money are accepted and receipts are provided upon request. Departure Transfer • We will contact you to check your travel information and the time you would like to leave the hotel. One day before your departure, we will send you the contact details of the driver who will assist you. The driver will be waiting for you promptly in front of the hotel to welcome you. He will then take you to the airport in comfort and safety, and most importantly, on time.
