Redemption Instructions

Dear Customer, This booking confirmation is all you need! You don't need to do anything else. Please note that if you booked a free place for a baby 0 to 4, it will not have a seat assigned. Kindly ask if you prefer a seat for it. Could you share a mobile phone (if possible with WhatsApp connection) and check your e-mail a couple of days before the tour? Pick-up time might vary depending on your location. **If you do not receive further messages, pick up is confirmed at 7:30 am!** Please wait in the lobby of your hotel in Rome and inform the concierge that you are waiting for the driver. If you are staying in a B&B or apartment, please wait in the street in front of the civic number. You will meet a staff member when you arrive at Rome’s rail station. On your arrival in Milan, a private local guide will be waiting at the end of your train's platform, holding a sign with your name, and will organize the transfer to the Milan city center. After the walking tour, you will have free time before your final transfer to the Milan rail station. The guide will bring you to the shopping district, where you can also have lunch. The guide will still assist you with any needs. On your arrival in Rome, the driver will wait for the transfer back to the hotel/apartment/B&B in Rome. A Quick Reminder: - We suggest having a snack during the trip to optimize your precious time in Milan. The trains always have at least one restaurant/bar wagon or vending machines. Every wagon has its toilet. - If you enter museums, we remind you that big bags or backpacks and big umbrellas are not allowed (regular bags, backpacks, and foldable umbrellas are permitted). - Cover knees and shoulders inside every Church in Italy. We will be in touch with all the operators involved in your experience and stay at your disposal now and during the whole tour, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you need to. We're here for any customization or request, which should be made preferably in advance.

Pickup Information

Pick-up time is at 7:30 from your location. To optimize your precious time, we pick you up from all hotels, apartments, and B&B located within a radius of 7 kilometers from the Pantheon and bring you at Rome's rail station where you will meet an assistant with your train tickets, to help you. On your arrival in Milan, your private guide will wait at the end of the platform, holding a sign with your name. The guide will then assist you till your return back to the rail station and help you getting the train. At your arrival in Rome a private driver will lead you back to your location.
