Redemption Instructions

•  Please be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to your tour departure time. • The tour is subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund. • Effective departure time can differ up to 20 minutes from the one selected. • If you purchased the Pick-up option, we would contact you before the tour departure date to inform you about the pick-up time. If you don't receive any communication, please contact us. • On-site assistance phone number: +39 3280010018 • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. • Your tickets will be held by the guide for collection on the day of the tour. You will be required to present this voucher in exchange for your ticket. If you have purchased a discounted option you will be asked to show a photo ID in exchange for your tickets. • Not Wheelchair accessible • We kindly inform you that any kind of disability (mobility issues, visual impairment, hearing impairment, etc... ) or anything that might prevent you to regularly join the tour, MUST BE communicate in advance to our staff. For people with disabilities, the tour route may be different from the one presented. - Every refund request MUST be done within and not later than 48 hours from the day of the tour
