Redemption Instructions

Dear Customer, This Booking Confirmation Voucher is all you need and no further confirmation is needed. The guide will take care of all admission formalities. Kindly, wait in the lobby of your hotel and inform the concierge you are waiting for the driver or in the street in front of the civic number of your apartment. - Big bags or backpacks and big umbrellas are not allowed; small ones are allowed. - Cover shoulders (a scarf is OK) and knees inside every sacred place. - With hot weather, we advise wearing a jacket to protect yourself from the moisture of the Catacombs.

Pickup Information

WE PICK UP FROM ALL CENTRALLY LOCATED HOTELS, B&B AND APARTMENTS! so, do not worry if your hotel is not mentioned. If your hotel/B&B/Apartment is **not in central Rome** ( a radius of about 7 km from the Pantheon ), let us know its location and we will ask the supplement for the extra distance. If your hotel is not booked yet, you will amend your booking later on, with the name of your hotel or the address of your B&B/Apartment. Kindly add to your booking a mobile phone (if possible with WhatsApp connection) and give an email address you can check frequently.
