Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Meet at our HQ, just 5 minutes from central Rotorua. We then drive 10 minutes to our secret forest location. We have free parking on site. If you require a pickup from central Rotorua, please contact us before your zipline adventure to arrange with us.
Redemption Instructions
- Comfortable walking shoes are recommended - There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative tour time or full refund. - If you will not be arriving to the destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with Rotorua Canopy Tours prior to your tour. - Please get in touch with the tour provider if you require a pickup from your hotel.
