Redemption Instructions
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a host who will be at your service to ensure a pleasant and smooth experience. The host will personally hand you your tickets and provide all the necessary information for your self-guided tour. Additionally, they will be ready to assist you with any questions or needs. Meet your host ( 20 minutes prior the scheduled time) holding a little black flag saying "Ancient and Recent", right next to the Caffè Vaticano. https://maps.app.goo.gl/XvsmZDLnYcMZnmw56. People without an ID won't be allowed to enter the Vatican Museums. You need to provide names of ALL PARTRCIPANTS as on ID document in the moment of booking. Please ensure you arrive on time as your ticket is only valid for entry on the date and time slot mentioned on your voucher. This is not a guided tour, you explore the Vatican Museums at your pace. Entrance to the Vatican Museums is subject to a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. Guests with wheelchairs, strollers, baby carriages, or with any impairment requiring special assistance cannot be accommodated. All visitors must pass through airport-style security. In high season, this means there can be long lines even at the skip-the-line entrance, with waits of up to 30 minutes. Please note that the tickets are subject to a 30-minute variation from the originally booked time. This means that your entry time may be adjusted either 30 minutes before or after your scheduled booking time. We kindly ask for your understanding and flexibility in case such adjustments are necessary to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests.
