For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Turn onto North Lagoon as if you were headed to Captain Anderson's. After the turn you will continue past their parking lot AND past the Lighthouse Marina. We will then be on the right hand side down a paved road. There will be tall signs out front with our company name.
Redemption Instructions
• CHECK-IN IS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, PLEASE CALL 850-234-7377. THERE IS NO RESCHEDULING/REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS. • Please note: This tour departs from Panama City Beach, FL, which is about 3 hours East of Pensacola. Please plan accordingly for distance and traffic. • Dress code is smart casual - no high heels • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. • Inclement weather may cancel a cruise, but is up to the cruise company and is generally a last minute decision. Plan to arrive as scheduled unless otherwise notified. • No smoking on the boat • You may not bring food or drinks on board.
