Redemption Instructions

Upon arrival at the departure location, look for our staff who wear black shirts with the company logo on them; they will ask you to wait in a designated area before boarding. Pickup Information

Following your booking confirmation, we will send you a message with your approximate pick-up time. We will look for you in the lobby, or in front of your hotel. Please note: If you are booking tickets within 30 minutes of the cruise departure time or outside of our pick-up zone (please contact us to confirm), a pickup service will not be possible, in this event, you should go straight to the departure point by other means of transport.
