Meeting and Pickup
Meeting point: Viale Giorgio Washington, entrance to the Villa Borghese Park - 30 mins before tour departure. Return point: Viale Giorgio Washington, entrance to the Villa Borghese Park. Customers will return to their hotels independently, as the tour does not include drop-off.
Redemption Instructions
• All participants must provide their full name exactly as on a valid ID at the time of booking and no later than 48 hours before the tour starts. Without correct names and a valid ID/passport on the tour day, entry to the venue is not guaranteed, and no refund will be issued. • Pickup service: please call 24 hours before to receive your pickup time and be ready in your hotel lobby in due time (approximately 45 minutes before the tour start time). If your hotel is not within the served area, reach the meeting point autonomously: Viale Giorgio Washington, entrance to Villa Borghese Park (Metro A – Flaminio). • We recommend being at the meetup point 15 minutes before the start. Coaches feature toilets and Wi-Fi and a stop along the highway is scheduled both in the morning and in the afternoon in any case. N.B.
