Refundable tickets

Cancellation of at least 24 hrs before travel date: 100% refund Extra cancellation or refund fees may apply. Any cancellations falling outside of the above policy are strictly non-refundable

Child policy:

- Children under 6 years are free of charge.

Good to know:

- This is valid for foreign visitors only and cannot be used by Japanese citizens. You will be required to show a valid ID.

- The pass does not include access to the Tamagawa line.

- Please redeem your pass at the SEIBU Tourist Information Centre Ikebukuro in Ikebukuro Station.

- The physical ticket is valid within two weeks after the date of exchange.

- On the day of use, please show the pass to the station staff at the information counter near the ticket gates. The station staff will stamp your ticket with the date and name of the station. Please also show your pass to the station staff when you exit the train station.

- Use of the Limited Express is not included in this pass.
