For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Minimum age is 8 years old. • Children must be accompanied by an adult, always • Two people per kayak (1 adult + child - or 2 adults) • Dress code is sporty • We advise you to bring another set of clothes and shoes. Also, sun protection, sunglasses or sun hat during the summer (June-August) • We can provide you with flip-flops of few sizes • Changing room available, where you can also leave your belongings
