Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

If you did not see your hotel listed or if you're staying at an Airbnb, you must contact the local operator prior to your departure to find your nearest hotel pickup location. Failure to confirm your pickup location at least twelve hours prior to the departure time may result in cancellation of your tour without a refund.

Pickup Information

Pick-ups available at downtown hotels. If you do not see your hotel listed or if you are staying at an Airbnb, contact local operator at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour or immediately after booking if within 48 hours of tour time. The closest pickup location will be provided.
