Pickup Information

If you are in an AirBnB or Vacation Rental in the downtown Cancun area, pick-ups are done at the motor lobby area of the Hotel Oasis Smart. We only have pick-up in the Riviera Maya from the Moon Palace Hotel all the way to Playacar in Playa del Carmen with an additional cost of $15 USD per person. After this city, there is no transportation available because it is outside the pick-up zone.
