• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Please make sure that you have provided us with the correct hotel check-in name so our staff may contact you via the hotel’s The pick-up time at your hotel is estimated so that our van may arrive at your hotel 5 - 10 minutes prior or after the designated pick-up. Our staff may have to leave the hotel if they are unable to locate you because they must pick up other customers. If this occurs, you will need to transfer we do charge for extra (private car) We are not liable for any liabilities if you miss your trip or activity We advise that you call our office to check on the status of our van if it does not arrive on time.

Pickup Information

Note: The times given are estimates only. Customers must contact the service provider again or check their email for the exact pickup time (pickup time depends on the customer's hotel). Pickup all hotel in Samui Island as following below; - Chaweng / Chaweng Noi / Baan Tai / Maenam / Bophut / Bangrak / Choengmon: 8.00-8.20 am. Additional charge=> - Nathon / Talingam / Lipa /Phang Ka/ Lamai: 7.30-7.45 am. additional 800 THB per way / person.
