Redemption Instructions

Arrival instructions from Airport: International (Terminal 1): • Please proceed to the Meeting Point located between Exit A and Exit B inside the Arrival Hall • If you come from Exit A please turn left or if you come from Exit B, please turn right and walk until you see a "Meeting Point" sign. • Your driver will be holding a "Go Sydney Shuttle" sign in his hand. Domestic (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3): • Please wait at the baggage carousel from where you collect your luggage. Do not go outside the terminal • Your driver will hold a “Go Sydney Shuttle” sign and pick you up from the baggage carousel. => As this is a shared shuttle service, there may not be a driver waiting immediately, please continue to wait up to 20 minutes. => If you have difficulties locating the driver, please call our office +61 2 8313 8019 or call/SMS/WhatsApp our emergency mobile number +61 434 844 020 => If you are experiencing any delays, then please send one of your group to locate the driver or contact us and we will make sure that you will still be picked up. => For delayed or cancelled flights, please contact Go Sydney Shuttle for further instructions on the next available service. => Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with Go Sydney Shuttle prior to your travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. => The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Pickup Information
