Our professional driver will make every effort to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp to ensure a smooth and effortless connection upon your arrival. Should it not be possible to establish contact for any reason, please be assured that your pick-up will proceed as planned. -Southampton Airport Pick-Up: The driver will be present in the arrivals hall of the terminal, ready to welcome you 25 minutes after your aircraft has landed, allowing ample time for immigration and baggage collection. You will be greeted in the arrivals area by our driver, who will be holding a personalised sign displaying your full name. -Southampton Hotel Pick-Up: The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
