Redemption Instructions
The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 20 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal) The driver will then wait a further 40 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there are been delays in passport and customs control. that is a total of 60 minutes after the flight has landed. If waiting time at the terminal exceeds 60 minutes from the set pickup time, an additional charge will apply — £ 8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges. If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our Free UK number at 0800 612 8914 If your flight is delayed there will be no additional charges, but there might be a slight delay with the driver going into the terminal once your flight land as driver schedules may have to be changed. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
