Pickup Information

Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Arrivals including your SJO Airport Pickup and Destination location in La Fortuna, Arenal Volcano Hotels nearby. Information such as flight number, date, time and hotel name are the minimum required to operate your transportation services and avoid delays or cancelations. The day trip, we will monitor your flight number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup. Our van is 12 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private service trip at no cost for you.
