Redemption Instructions

Please provide a mobile telephone number with the country code at the time of booking. You can contact your driver via WhatsApp on the day of the transfer to notify them of any delays or to help locate them at the meeting point. For sedan vehicles in Barcelona, a maximum of four pieces of luggage is allowed in total, regardless of size. If your booking is for more than four passengers, this restriction does not apply. If you arrive with more luggage than allowed and it does not fit in the vehicle, the driver will be happy to assist you in arranging an additional vehicle from the taxi stand. Indus Pickups cannot cover the cost of any additional vehicle. At Indus Pickups, we understand that it may take some time to reach your pickup point, so we offer complimentary waiting time depending on the service booked: Airport pickup: 60 minutes The complimentary waiting time begins from the scheduled pickup time. In exceptional cases where you are delayed at the airport or require additional time, we recommend contacting our customer support as soon as possible. Please note that additional waiting time may incur extra charges depending on the vehicle type: Sedan: EUR 6.00 per 15 minutes Minivan: EUR 10.00 per 15 minutes We recommend switching on your mobile phone or connecting to the airport’s free Wi-Fi upon arrival. If we are unable to contact you within 1 hour after your actual flight arrival time, the driver may have to leave. In case of flight delays, your driver will track your flight using the number provided in your booking and adjust the waiting time accordingly. We use a range of vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private taxis.
