• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

Please note we start picking up guests with minivans 2 hours before the party starts. You should be at your lobby ready to be picked up to make things smooth for us, the driver and for other guests. Please wait patiently as there might be some delays but the boat will not depart until you arrive at the pier if you have a confirmed booking with us.
