• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Gratuity: Our guides do their best to ensure you have a great time. It is customary, but optional, to tip your guide if you had a positive experience. Guide gratuity is not included in your reservation fee (unless you opted to pre-book gratuity) and should may be paid directly to your guide (15-20% is standard). We are also happy to apply additional gratuity via credit card at any time by calling our office. Waiver Required: To help speed up the check-in process, please use the link below to have all guests complete their waivers prior to arrival.
