• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Your local service provider is Stingray City Cayman Islands Tour departs within walking distance of the cruise port Hotel pickups commence prior to this time

Pickup Information

IMPORTANT Travelers coming by cruise ship must provide the ship's full name. Visitors being picked up at the resort must provide the entire name of the resort. We provide FREE shuttle service from/to resorts, condos, AirBnB, and the Royal Watler Cruise Ship Terminal. We are stationed to the rear of the Royal Watler Terminal, prior to entering the public area. Cruise ship passengers are picked up at Royal Watler Terminal, while hotel/condo guests are picked up in the resort lobby on Seven Mile Beach and West Bay. If you are driving to our location, we are located at the Safe Haven Marina, second cabana on the right. Most resorts and condos on Seven Mile Beach are seven minutes away from our departure station. Please state in the location section 'Driving to location' if you plan to drive to us.
