Redemption Instructions

You have to go to our office at Calle Arfe, 3. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your booking time. Don't forget to bring your own headphones in order to listen to the audioguide app. You also would need free space in your device to download the audioguide. The time of access to the monument will be the time you chose when you made your reservation. Access to the monument will be with a guide, so you can enjoy the monument at your own pace afterwards. You need your ID/passports in order to enter to the monument.

Pickup Information

You must collect your tickets for the Cathedral and the Giralda from the Naturanda Turismo office at 3 Calle Arfe.
