Overview
In addition to learning how to make sushi, guests will learn about the history of sushi, essential terminology, and sushi eating etiquette. Even Japanese guests have told us that they learned a lot about their own food culture!
Meeting and Pickup
We will contact you ahead of the lesson to check whether you will be traveling by car (taxi/uber) or by train. The nearest train station is Sasazuka Station, on the Keio Line. (Approx. 10 min. walk) Many of our guests find us using Google Maps, but we can meet you at the station if you prefer.
